All day, all night, year 'round - PDS will:
- provide a toll free number for your personnel or customers to call in service requests to our professional dispatchers
- use / train our dispatchers in the particulars of your business
- gather caller and location information, ascertain and categorize the nature of the problem, and create a work order in our system
- seek to resolve problems over the phone (requires simple solutions)
- assess the purpose and scope of the call to determine overtime approvals, customer spending approvals, emergency status, priorities, target completion times, and required vendor assignments
- dispatch the request for service to the designated vendor or your personnel
- constantly monitor your vendor's response time, completion time, and backlog
- follow through by advising you of any exceptions to expected deliverables
- complete the work order ONLY AFTER the work has been done satisfactorily and all necessary information has been entered into our system
- close the work order ONLY WHEN completion information such as parts used, labor hours, etc. have been entered into our system
- provide you with real-time internet accessibility to service requests, work orders, work order status and location history - available to you 24/7/365
