Basic call center work order service.

Choose from regular and/or just after-hours only (great for in-house call centers and service contractors). PDS will:

  • provide a toll free number for your personnel or customers to call in service requests to our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
  • process caller and location information, ascertain and categorize the nature of the problem, and create a work order in our system
  • call your designated or on-call personnel to attend to the problem
  • close the work order in our system
  • provide you with real-time internet accessibility to service requests, work orders, work order status and location history - available to you 24/7/365
